This year’s Fur Ball menus are a celebration of the people, ingredients, traditions, and foodways that have shaped Southern Arizona for generations.

Inspired by Tucson’s extraordinary culinary heritage as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy, each course draws from the desert and the cultures that have called this region home — from Indigenous agricultural traditions and heritage ingredients to the influences of generations of immigrants, farmers, ranchers, bakers, and makers who continue to carry these stories forward today.

Because there should be a place for everyone at this table, guests may choose between our Chef’s Selection and a thoughtfully composed Curated Vegan & Gluten-Free Menu. Both have been created with the same care, creativity, and sense of place. We present to you two distinct expressions of one shared celebration of Tucson.
