James Beard winner and one of Tucson’s most passionate advocates as a UNESCO City of Gastronomy is crafting our menu and leading a team of regional culinary superstars, including another James Beard winner, Don Guerra (Barrio Bread), Chef Obie Hindman (Mountain Oyster Club), Chef Devon Sanner (Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge), Chef Devin Pinto (Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa), and more!

Charles Joly

Fresh off hosting the backstage bar to the stars at the Academy Awards, Charles Joly returns to the Fur Ball for his second year, bringing back the precision, creativity, and energy that made last year unforgettable. A James Beard Award winner and former World Class Bartender of the Year, Joly shares our commitment to caring for vulnerable animals and crafts cocktails that go far beyond the glass, setting the tone for a night where every detail feels intentional and elevated.

Robert Mondavi Jr.

Robert Mondavi Jr. also returns to the Fur Ball, bringing a legacy rooted in one of the most iconic names in American wine. A steward of the Mondavi family tradition and a passionate advocate for craftsmanship and connection, he curates a wine experience that elevates the evening while sharing in our commitment to supporting vulnerable animals and the people who love them.
