What is PUP Outreach?
Pets of the Unhoused in Pima County Deserve Care Too.
And so do the people who love them.
PUP Outreach is a monthly mobile clinic offering free veterinary services, preventative care, and supplies to unhoused individuals and families struggling to care for their animal companions.
Each month, we show up in a different part of Tucson to meet the need — no questions, just care.
We can’t wait to meet all of you and bring this new generation of animal care to our communities across the city!

When you're unhoused or in crisis, your pet is often your only constant. PUP Outreach provides free veterinary services, spay/neuter appointments, preventative meds, pet supplies, and love without conditions — right here in Tucson.

The “Street Vet”
Known for his life-changing work on the streets of California, earning him the honor of CNN’s Hero of the Year in 2023, Dr. Kwane is joining us in Tucson for our inaugural outreach. He brings a message of dignity, healing, and hope — one paw at a time.
